Before I left Chicago I made 30 of these sings and stapled them to things all over my neighborhood. A lot of people actually took them seriously and didn't park on the street. Eventually they were removed and a warning was posted in their place stating that making fake signs can result in fines and jail. So I moved to Seattle.
